  2. The evaluation of outlet cleanliness and hygiene averagely ≥ 8 marks per outlet per year.
  3. To post ≥ 3 testimonials from customer per outlet per month.
  4. To ensure 75% customers rated ‘happy’ level and above per outlet per year.
OPERATION (PURCHASING)
  1. To ensure supplier performance level average ≥ 75% yearly
OPERATION (HUMAN RESOURCE)
  1. To ensure averagely ≥ 2 hours training per department annually.
