  • The evaluation of outlet cleanliness and hygiene averagely ≥ 8 marks per outlet per year.
  • To post ≥ 3 testimonials from customer per outlet per month.
  • To ensure 75% customers rated ‘happy’ level and above per outlet per year.

OPERATION (PURCHASING)
  • To ensure supplier performance level average ≥ 75% yearly
OPERATION (HUMAN RESOURCE)
  • To ensure averagely ≥ 2 hours training per department annually.
OPERATION (CUSTOMER SERVICE)
  • Customer service averagely rating ≥ 4 star per individual per year.
